The Peace Children Care Home is currently caring for 30 children whose families are affected by HIV/AIDS. The children are between three and sixteen years old.. The home was founded in 2005 by Luke and his wife Dhanabackiyam. Both of them, raised as orphans themselves, have devoted their life to the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of orphans.
We are constantly looking for individuals or groups who are willing to sponsor a child individually by sending a monthly donation of 30 USD/ £ 20 / 25€ during a minimum period of one year.

Peace Children Care Home is first of all a big family. The orphans house is actually in a rented building, and we therefore depend on the owners differernt decisions and desires, which has often forced us to constant relocations.
Our board of directors bought a land in january 2010 in which we hope to raise buildings of our own in the near future. These buildings will provide the children with a permanent house, permitting them to experience a stronger family home feeling.
